But he also says, "I urge the importers of Chinese toys to come to China and buy more Chinese toys and I wish children around the world a Merry Christmas," which makes the claim sound like PR spin. I know I'm going to try my best at finding non-Chinese toys for Christmas. I'm not sure about anybody else though.
Yeah - as if the free-speech-restricting government of China wouldn't spin a story about their economy to save face.
And Wal-Mart is lowering the price on 15,000 items.

It is a PR spin due to the fact that all the toys manufactured for this Christmas were already made back in the Spring & shipped during the summer.
Oh wait ! We're really supposed to stare straight ahead and give a nodding approval at this announcement aren't we ?
