Let's get the crib issue straight -- it happens when consumers DON'T READ THE DIRECTIONS and install the one piece upside down. Could they mark it better, sure... is there anything wrong with the product? Not really, just people not willing to read the directions and use common sense & a little physics 101 to see the part's upside down.
My wife and I were very close to buying one of these cribs. Thankfully, we decided to check out its reviews online first, and many reviewers mentioned this exact problem (railing installs upside down, falls off). That was 2 YEARS ago. Does it really take that long for repeated issues to prompt a recall?
