I am really surprised that sort of thing happend at such a big chain store. It was very creepy that some manager figured he could get away with that sort of deviant behavior without paying the piper sometime. I hope Cicuit City gets hit hard for that and that the manager in question is fired and charged for his actions.
I’m appalled. To thing that someone could be so stupiid. I mean, how fucked up do you have to believe something like this:
“This was a huge company . . . with upward-mobility possibilities . . . and career opportunities which seemed very bright,” he said.”
@homerjay:
dangit, you beat me to th punch.
how does an attorney say that with a straight face?
@CoffeeAddict: Um it says ALLEGED…jeez, ease up on the coffee there, Turbo.
Whenever I see these male against male allegations, I can’t help but wonder if it’s trumped up charges by homophobic nazis against a queer scapegoat. This is Pennsylvania, no gay person wins a sexual harrassment suit.
The first thing I thought about was the 40 Year Old Virgin and Jane Lynch’s character as Steve Carell’s boss offers to be his F— Buddy, while at the Circuit City-esque electronics store they work at. I worked at a Circuit City one Christmas and their depiction was spot on.
