I thought the RIAA wasn’t a company so much as it was pure concentrated evil.

Oh, I hope she’s able to make the case a class action suit.
I wouldn’t get too excited yet. Attorney’s fees have been awarded to their victims before and last I heard they still haven’t paid some of them. I really hope this gets the class action status because I just can’t see how what they’re doing is legal at all.
That’s great. Now collect them, and I’ll REALLY be impressed.
What ever it takes to get the message across to RIAA I’m all for that.
Anything that costs them money, even to defend themselves from having to repay, is a good thing for all of us.
