this could be win-win-win for sony. maybe they take back old products and in return offer discounts for new products? win for the environment, win for consumers, win for sony.
Maybe they could recycle the PS3 into something worth buying.

Hmmm... their list of drop-off points is blank. How helpful! I'll just toss the Sony DVD player that stopped working 3 days after the warranty expired on the floor at my local Sony Style store.
