@7livesleft: I believe the little rubber "rivet" holding the strap in place can come off too easily. I think that's the choking hazard.

I looked up the Candle=Fire hazard because I was curious. Seems like the wick is extra long and tied around cinnamon sticks for aesthetic value. But you're supposed to cut off the cinnamon before lighting the candle.
I don't know whether to say "Duh!" or "Yeah, I probably would have done the same thing. Fire + Cinnamon = Extra smell!"
