U.S. News and World Report has started a new consumer reporting column called “Alpha Consumer.” A recent post probed one of our favorite punching bags, cellphone contracts. Penned by Kim Palmer, they’re looking for more complaints to investigate. Send yours to alphaconsumer@usnews.com.
The more people on this beat, the better!

Hmm..I guess I’ll send in my 360 media streaming complaint, as its really pissing me off.
A search in US News for “alpha consumer” yielded four hits, none of which was directly to the column’s own URL, to which I’d like to (1) subscribe and (2) bookmark. Do you have it, Ben?
@RebekahSue: They don’t appear to have one yet. As a temporary solution I just added a google news search for site:usnews.com “alpha consumer” to my rss reader.
I doubt they’ll do anything because no one else has so far, but I sent them links to my information about Credit Security Freezes (which could all but eliminate ID theft overnight).

@EtherealStrife: I think the branded column itself is still forthcoming.
