Tiger Direct is a scam. They have an unsatisfactory rating from the BBB, and have been charged with violations of consumer laws by the FTC. (They settled with the FTC, but are still falsely advertising products).

I've ordered stuff from TigerDirect and not had problems. I guess it depends on what you're ordering.
I'm going to keep saying this every time: Tiger Direct sucks balls! Unless you enjoy being scammed, don't do business with them.
