Unfortunately, the new hand-models are a bit too "ham-fisted" and require a dialing wand to use their new iPhone, as the keypad simply cant withstand such corpulent fingers.

I'd like to see video of that guy trying to use the iPhone with those fingers.

well it also looks like the model is holding the phone differently...in particular closer to the palm than in the original shot. I don't doubt they used a different sized hand, but the different hand position can also exacerbate the effect.

I don't think the hand is that larger/smaller or the device is held differently, etc., they just Photoshoped the iPhone to look smaller.

It's not a different sized hand. It's stretched wider. There was a picture on digg that had all the pics overlayed after they were sized properly.

Maybe Apple got shit from the giant community, which complained that their ads unfairly catered only to "normal" handed people.

pretty sure the "new" one is a photoshop job...that would be one meaty hand...the iPhone commercials and images in apple's website appear to use a model with a hand somewhere between the sizes of these two...

Everyone needs to drive a vehicle or make phone calls, even the very tall. This was the largest phone that I could afford. Am I therefore to be made the subject of fun?
