Make sure to check the level of service too. Or you will end up like the chap who videotaped his 7 hour ordeal on an airplane. Oh, you don't care, just the cheapest ticket? Never Mind then...
Don't forget about www.yapta.com, that is more for after you bought it but it can be useful for before and couls save you a lot of money, though I haven't had a chance to fully utilize it.
