I once made butter by accident, by whipping the cream too long. It was really good.
I'd add a dash of salt to that butter recipe, or you're in for a bland surprise!

I agree with the dash of salt. I was thinking the same thing as I was reading the instructable.
We made butter in kindergarden. I don't know what that had to do with anything but jumping around like a fool to shake the jar was mighty fun.
