When you only have 21 dollars to eat with all week, you count every penny, including any you might find dropped in the parking lot by careless middle class people.

Welfare is ridiculous. Some of those people are perfectly capable of getting jobs and surviving. It's why we have a minimum wage. To quote SNL, "Don't spend money you don't have."
