Good…they have a “Do Not Call” number. I have been getting calls from them every day, several times a day, trying to sell me stuff. I haven’t called them to stop the calls for the very reason I didn’t want to go through a billion menus first.
Me thinks I’ll be calling right now.
Yeah thats great, sprint was calling me at all hours of the day “This is a free call from sprint, would you like to add a line for 9.99 per month”.
“no thanks, I only have one mouth”.

hey,…wow!! switching from sprint to nextel – what a trip!! unbeliebvable!!! i have been on the phone for the past 2 days totalling 10 1/2 hours ….i have been through 30- seriously- 30 representatives ….been hung up on 3 times,….was told to leave my info & they would return my call within 1/2 hour ( needless to say i am still waiting!) …..my credit report was accessed 4 times…now i just figured out that i now have 4 different accounts with nextel & 1 with sprint. ..as if that wasn’t enough-i get an oriental woman that took 20 minutes to get through my name & address & she still hasn’t gotten it right!!! that’s when i hung up & decided to look on the internet for the CEO or VP,…that’s when i found your #’s ..thanks, i hope i can get somewhere now!!!! .
I would like to know WHO AnimalSunny finally reached ? The EXACT same thing has happened to me RE: Full time job to chabge over-I think I it’s been a total of about 15 hours on hold and atleast 4 hang ups. When I did not receive a call back from my “Account Manager” they gave me a number for his Supervisor and I have left her TWO messages, with no call back yet either.

I called on 11/24/08 to ask about a mailing regarding getting a credit for a month and it turned out to be a trick to buy a new phone, no free payment at all! I hung up, now I get constant crank phone call, even one on 11/24, at 6:00 am! What can I do? cell# (347) 578-4939(sprint#), PS, they call me at Home at (212) 410-2350 and leave weird and loud beeps on my machine which I had to turn off and I am waiting on news on a sick relative!
