Well, so much for the people that have a @school.k12.XX.us address

I guess high school teachers and students don't count for real "education"

Alumni addresses still aren't eligible, either. Booooooo.

user-pic

Booo--myname@alumni.myschool.edu doesn't make the cut.

My Oberlin alumni email worked, but the format for that is myname@world.oberlin.edu. The word "alumni" isn't in it.

user-pic

mine worked, just a plain @nyu.edu. I don't even think we have a distinction between anyone with an e-mail address here. Now if I only cared to read anything on there...

How is this story different than this one?

Thats what I was thinking mopar_man. 4 days ago Meghann? We should sponsor a vacation for Meghann as well.

Thank you columbia for lifetime forward :)

@mopar_man:

It has a working, direct link. :) I couldn't figure it out with the earlier article.

as stated screws the huge swath of districts who use the k12 extention, including my district.

My lifetime @ocf.berkeley.edu won't work, but the alumni forwarder @cal.berkeley.edu does. :) Woohoo! According to the New York Times, I've re-enrolled in my alma mater with a graduating year of 2010!

Bah. I work for them, even- abd I still can't get it for free.

Part of my job is to help educate residents on how to use our computer systems. That makes me faculty rather than staff, right?
