Much like the above tool, Jungle-Search.com allows you to search Amazon.com by percentage off. It also allows you to search by category, subcategory, keyword, brand name, price range and more. This is the most feature filled Amazon Deal site around. Definitely worth a look!
I've tried almost all of these Amazon deal-finders, but they all seem to fail miserably at limiting the products lists to Prime-only items.
