Burger King's Chief Of Marketing Announces "Burger King: The Movie"
Yes, according to MSN, Russ Klein, Burger King's president of global marketing strategy, has announced a Burger King movie starring the creepy masked "Burger King." He tells MSN that Burger King has already "lined up a studio and distributor for a feature film."
According to Klein "the movie could appear as early as the end of this year, with the film aimed at 'creating a back story for the king.'" The hell?
How very Mac and Me of them.
Anyway, we'll only see it if they get Sacha Baron Cohen involved. —MEGHANN MARCO
This is a test using rich text formatting and html links. It's the generic "company" ad that should appear on all posts with the Company category if they don't have an ad attached to a specific company.

@homerjay: They haven't even started remaking 80's TV into movies yet! There's years of movie material out there still.
@missbrooke06: Okay, I'll make a correction- Hollywood has officially run out of NEW ideas.
Thats better... :)
@gorckat:
How about this: "A-Team meets Knight Rider"
KITT has gone rouge, and the A-Team is hired to bring him in. Shortly into the movie, B.A. is killed by KITT but his brain is fine. They use modern technology to install his brain into the A-Team van, making him just like KITT!
Anyone remember the Spicy Chicken vs Crunchy Chicken fight they aired on DirecTV PPV a couple of years ago? That was retarded but I love it. Two chicken mascots in a cagematch going all out!
Oh how about the promotional tie-in for the Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith? Where the King and Darth Vader stood face to face breathing for 30 seconds straight. No words, just the calm creepy breathing. That was gold!
Burger King has had some hits with their advertising so I wait to see what they'll do next.
@pylbug: haha, no I am just a fan I guess. I didn't know who did those commercials till you pointed it out.
Love them or hate them, their commercials are not the same ol' is all I'm saying.

This might just be stupid enough to work, ................... not.
