FYI: The nicorette sample is NON-MEDICATED… (No nicotine)

Cigarettes last week…Nicorette after. Sort of amusing…

I’m still uneasy about Jellyfish. Their privacy policy categorizes my IP number as non-personal information.

  4. iameleveneight says:

Remember that the Xbox 360 deal is for a REFURBISHED system.

  5. pestie says:

@John Stracke: How is your IP address “personal information?” If you’re like most people, it changes from time to time anyway (from “every time you connect” if you’re on dialup to “every few months” if you’re on cable/DSL and never disconnect). Where’s the harm in someone knowing your IP?

  6. John Stracke says:

@pestie: Given your IP number (plus a timestamp), someone can get your ISP to identify you—that’s how the RIAA works. That means any reasonable privacy policy should put it in the category of personally identifiable information.
