I find this SAAB promotion to be fundamentally flawed. They are advertising the lifespan of their cars, while betting against themselves. Clearly, as a for-profit company, they want to give away as few cars as possible, they wouldn't be doing this if it was an everyday occurance for SAABs to last that long.

That Saab promo is just media whoring. How many cars make it to 1M miles? Of them, how many are Saabs? Of those Saabs, how many are still owned by the ORIGINAL owner?
I'd love to see just how many cars they give out by the end of this promo. 3? 4?
