Well, but most of the recipes are not going to taste just like your favorites. Restaurants and food manufacturers use flavors and other additives that we don't have access to. Eric Schlosser (author of Fast Food Nation) wrote a revealing article for Atlantic Monthly in 2001, titled "Why McDonald's Fries Taste So Good," in which he explained this. He was given limited access to the test kitchens of International Flavors and Fragrances, which he said was the world's second-largest flavor company. This article used to be on AM's web site, but isn't now (I still have a copy of it).
The company makes flavorings for many companies, although they wouldn't reveal which ones, but those "natural" flavorings (a misnomer) are one of the reasons why we can't make foods that taste the same, even a simple hamburger.
That doesn't mean the recipes won't taste good - their version of Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana is quite good.

I used to love this site! It disappeared for awhile, so it's good to see it back.
