Strange. I sign up right at 1500 using a yahoo.com address. I still haven't gotten an invite. Two minutes ago, I use an email address for a large cable company and I get an invite in seconds. Is yahoo.com a no-no?

I am not sure that we can conclude that, though I inferred it from the picture, too. I think he may be holding a camera, actually. Not a lot of wireless control devices in the '50s, and I don't think we can for sure say where the other end of the cord is going. It could, for instance, be going to a "personal massager" in the other hand of the woman holding the glass.
I find this picture… disturbing. You know these people voted for Ike. You just know it.
RBB- It took around 15 minutes to get my invite via yahoo.

RBB - I used a yahoo.com e-mail address and got my invite within five minutes. I've found that sometimes Yahoo Mail holds on to some e-mails for a while before delivering them for some reason, and then they arrive hours or even days later. If I hadn't been using that Yahoo address for years now, I'd switch over to Gmail completely...
