Update: Sherwin-Williams Customer Service Is Color Blind, Now My Car Looks Crazy

Superstar intern Dyan got hold of the manager of Dale's Paints and asked when they planned on getting Fred's car repainted.

Len said the request was on his desk. The paint job was in the back of his mind but getting a phone call from The Consumerist was an "encouraging" reminder.

Len asked us to call back in about a week and he should have more for us.

The internet watches, and waits. — BEN POPKEN

You have a new intern?

We've had her since Carey came on but haven't talked about her before. Until now we mainly just had her transcribe some interviews.

Are they going to paint the whole car, or just those pannels? Also, isn't it too cold to do it now? Or are there expensive places that have temperature regulated booths (or something)? Also, isn't there a wide range in paint quality? For instance, the $199 specials at Macco might not resolve this issues.

Pardon me boy, is that the Chattanooga Choo-Choo?

"Len asked us to call back in about a week and he should have more for us."

Yeah, like the outgoing message on his voicemail. Good luck, Dyan!

I'm dying to know what happened to the NBC TV guy and his ongoing dispute with the collections department!
Anyway, glad to hear this particular case is being worked on and a resolution is close.
