My Japanese is a bit rusty, but the last part of it says "grasp/grip the golden Shit"
Japanese works backwards, in a way. It says "The golden shit: holding on to good luck, money, and prosperity." The joke is that "unko", or poop, is evocative of the word "koun", or good fortune.
I remember seeing these in every imaginable size and configuration (keychains, cell straps, chopstick toppers) in a souvenir shop in Kyoto Station. My dad wanted to buy one for a coworker so he could present it to him with "Don't say I never give a shit."
