Thanks for the info! I just sent him a short letter explaining a problem I’ve had with their TV service, a problem I’ve stalemated many times with up to their “3rd level support”. Faxed and emailed it to him and his executive assistant and got a response in less than 1 hour on my voicemail from a frantic sounding manager who said he’d just received a call from Mr. Crull and left me his office, cell and home number and asked me to return his call as soon as I had a chance, day or night. Also had a second voicemail from another manager who claimed to have received an email from Mr. Crull and also left his office, cell and home numbers and asked me to call him back ASAP. I don’t know if this is usual behavior for a letter to the President’s office but it doesn’t seem like they’d repeatedly shit themselves on the phone everyday.

i have had sickening interactions with 3 bell credit/collections people (including supervisor covering their staff) – disgusting in their abuse of the power they have – unsympathetic, pieces of garbage as human beings. Is this coming top down as a Bell culture? Sure was different in 70′s and 80′s – Brian Hewitt, De Granpre – these were people who cared about Bell Customers – what ever happened ?
Do what I did. Everytime the collections people call me and start their nonsense I phone all the executives on this list. I complain to them that the non-stop calls are a form of harassment and as much as they don’t want my phone calls, I dont want theirs. I lost my job because my client died and I became sick and was unable to work. I made payment arrangements with an agent and kept up my end of the bargain but they are still harassing me, well, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
Thank you, Thank you so much. What a pain it was before getting this information. Received a call within one hour after writing genuine email. The task which I could not do for 12 months was achieved within 1 hour.
They should not have customer service. It’s a shame that executives have to do the job.

I have been dealing with bell for about 30 years and I am discussed with my recent service. On april 27 I called bell and they said someone would be out between 8 and5 and no one showed up. I call 611 they told me before 10pm,then they called back and told me april 29 before 930am it is now 1030am. Called again april 29 they told me i would be next. Not impressed with service as I have taken to days of work and been on hold on and off and have heard aleast 5 songs well on hold. I find it very fustrating. I have never had a problem with bell now thinking of going to rogers. I think the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Very angry customer. Vino Id ex22123 was very nice to me.
