Um, the Linens N Things have a rebate attached to each of the “Five for 10″ appliances. I thought one of the resolutions is to avoid rebates like the Plague?
Meghann hates rebates. I think you have to be very careful about them to use them correctly.
I like rebates. I’ve only been burned once from an ATT Wireless rebate on a phone a long time ago. But I’ve gotten my rebate checks from everything else. Just follow the instructions exactly, and there shouldn’t be any problems.
Also, that Samsung DVD burner is an OEM version. For those that don’t know, this means that the burner will arrive in a plain box without cables or software or instruction manuals. So don’t freak out and think you got ripped off. There are various free CD/DVD burner software out there. And I believe you can download a free basic version of the LightScribe software from the lightscribe.com website.
