A survey of 10,000+ consumers ranked the best and worst shopping sites during the the 2006 holiday season.
Netflix, Amazon, and LL Bean emerged flush and aglow, while CompUSA, Costco and CDW scraped the bottom of the felch bucket.

Feral, follow the link in the post to learn more. But they used the methodology of the University of Michigan's American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).
Toys R Us has had significant problems in the past. Remember the year they advertised you could get anything online, and they showed a kid swinging with a rain check. That year they were overwhelmed.
CompUSA stinks to high heaven in the stores, horrible prices and odd selection. They have become Home Entertainment and Cell Phone stores.





"Tits up" means dead. Maybe not what you were going for.
