"Tits up" means dead. Maybe not what you were going for.

I'm kind of surprised that Costco is toward the bottom. I guess their website isn't the most user-friendly, but for them to be beaten out by Dell?!

I want to see some survey methodology. Who conducted the research, who funded it, what were the sampling methods used?

Interesting stuff.

Feral, follow the link in the post to learn more. But they used the methodology of the University of Michigan's American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).

I have been quite happy with Netflix. Amazon was VERY helpful this holiday season, as was TiVo!

Interesting that Amazon is among the best and TRU among the worst, since Toys 'R' Us' site used to be run by Amazon. They should have left well enough alone.

Toys R Us has had significant problems in the past. Remember the year they advertised you could get anything online, and they showed a kid swinging with a rain check. That year they were overwhelmed.

CompUSA stinks to high heaven in the stores, horrible prices and odd selection. They have become Home Entertainment and Cell Phone stores.
