Chicago Snow Storm; Rebook Flights Now With No Penalty
CBS2 Chicago is reporting that American and United, O'Hare's biggest carriers, are urging people to rebook flights in and out of Chicago. "Because of the weather both American and United are allowing passengers to rebook their flights without penalty, and some have already taken advantage of that.
Inbound flights are being affected by the approaching bad weather. American Airlines canceled hundreds of flights in and out of Dallas/Ft. Worth Thursday and no flights have taken off or come into St. Louis since about 10 a.m. Thursday."
"Why bring people out in a snowstorm for a flight we may or may not be able to operate?" and American Airlines spokesperson said.

Chicago?!? You should see Milwaukee where I reside, its a full scale blizzard. 8-10 inches yea right, try a foot and a half of heavy hard as concrete, heart attack inducing snow. I just had to move about 2000 cubic yards of the crap with my snowblower... took forever.... Someone go find me a flamethrower.

I read the headline in my RSS reader and somehow got "Chicago Snow Storm, Reebok Fights with Reality."
And oddly enough, it made sense. I need a drink...
