I stand corrected... you can jump to google checkout from your shopping cart, after entering the discount. Nice. $130 boots for $75 shipped.
I see the free shipping deal on Red Envelope, but no sign of any 40%-off promotion. Hmm.
BTW the borders discount is for only 1 item and only when using/signing up for a borders rewards card.
