RSS Still Broken, Sorry!
Ah, our everburning frenemy, our RSS feed. There seems to be a persistent error where it malforms posts URLs.

I won't be reading consumerist anymore... talk about terrible customer service. Maybe you should do a post on yourself. I don't expect a response, just thought I'd let you know why you lost my readership."

The tech team is on the case. Just yesterday I received a note indicating they are aware of the problem. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. We apologize for the continued inconvenience.
As a token of our apology, please accept this Stainless Steel Divot repair tool.

Am I the only one who actually reads the front page of things anymore? Any interesting article I find can simply be stuck into a small Favorites folder for future refrence, anyway...
Sure, RSS feeds are nice, but give me a break -- things break, and something as stupidly simple as this is just pathetic.
Good luck with getting them fixed, regardless.
I really love it when our readers try to pull the "You give us bad Customer Service" ploy, usually because something is broken that Ben and I are a hundred times more frustrated about. There really is a significant difference between a reader and a customer. Of course, a culture of entitlement marches on.
Geez, getting pissy because a free news feed doesn't work right is a waste of time and energy. (Just like replying to it, and my reply to the reply.)
This is why we need to praise good CS more often. If I had to deal with childish complaints like this all day, you can bet I wouldn't feel too gracious when a legitimate complaint came by.

For the technical answers to all problems RSS related, I have devised an ingenius haiku. Please study it intently.
RSS. Jesus!
That takes three damn syllables
What is left to feed?
