Why "I might be a Mystery Shopper"?

Just having it read "Mystery Shopper" is way funnier.

I think I like "This Conversation May Be Recorded For Quality Assurance."

Or, "Beware of Consumer" done in the style of "Beware of Dog" signs.

Consumerist Whore has been done already by other people trying to make a quick buck on t-shirts, just search the internetes.

I vote for "I'm thinking of writing a strongly worded letter" (and no, I didn't submit it). It's the only one that's really remotely clever. Maybe the message is a bit passive-aggressive, though.

I like Mystery Shopper myself. Maybe we should change it.

MT has a problem with that much text being displayed. We've gotten some ranty emails from tipsters occasionally where we just haven't been able to get the whole thing posted without doing a lot of editing.

I think Caveat Vendor looks better than Caveat Venditor.

The image was a godawful idea. "Brand Killer" should be in the running without question.

OK, I saw the edit to the old post. I see Ben's point about not wanting to present the site as being a bloodthirsty killer of all brands, but only of the bad one. Bad Brand Killer just doesn't pop, though. Neither does potential brand killer. I think just saying Brand Killer implies that the site can be a brand killer, though it may not necessarily be.

So I still think Brand Killer should be in the running, and I think I'd win, too.
