You can select "call me now" or in 5, 10 or 15 or 20 minutes. And it really calls you, right now.

Tried this - after a couple of minutes dealing with the auto attendant I get an Indian dude - he tells me to call back in a couple of hours since they are updating their system.
I actually did this- it works very well, and the person who answered was extremely nice.
It did take a little bit of looking to find it though.
