Man Exposes Himself at Walmart, Staff ‘Slow’

It seems that it’s not just boiling babies that Walmart is under-trained to deal with, they also can’t handle registered sex offenders exposing themselves and groping customers.

After Dale Bush exposed himself and made obscene gestures to Katie Cimbalik, she reported it to the Oshetemo Michigan Walmart staff. Based on her description, they found a man with a walker, but were unable to locate Bush before he groped another woman in front of her child.

Cimbalik, in a letter to Walmart, said the “staff seemed aloof and slow…no effort was made to document the incident…there was no action plan.” When she confronted a manager, he said he “didn’t know how to handle the situation.”

For a store visited by such a large swath of humanity, Walmart staff needs better training in dealing with its range of peccadilloes.

In a cost-saving move, perhaps one person per store could be trained to deal with emergency situations. Well, maybe two, because of course they wouldn’t be allowed to work more than part-time.
