Apparently, Mastercard really is for everything else, as communicated by its new logo.
Or rather, as expressed by the Goatsification it was quite ripe for.

Priceless to the extreme.

For the love of all things holy, please, please, please blogosphere, stop trying to turn goatse into a meme. BoingBoing started this garbage and really it’s not “pushing the fringe”, it’s just plain stupid.
Now that you point it out (and I’m with something_amazing, why do you feel you need to?), the original MasterCard logo was plenty goatse-ish without adding the third circle on top; the colors could even be explained by a left-circle spanking. Now you’ve got me doing it!
thats enough to give any decent graphic designer nightmares.

For those of us not cool enough to be in on your ‘in’ joke, why is adding upside-down fists to the new logo funny? What am I supposed to be seeing?
Is it a trick with negative space? A pop-culture reference?”
For explanation, check out this wikipedia entry:

Be forewarned, the ultimate dark truth, the absolute source of the reference, if you end up seeing the picture, is extremely not safe for work.
For shame Consumerist, not linking to Goatsesighting.com who provide the stickers (or in this case, images of the stickers) to produce the image above!
