Has anyone considered that the profile may never get deleted unless somebody complains about it? :P Seriously guys I've seen some borderline stuff while surfing myspace (mostly in the comments) so I'm prone to wonder exactly what kind of steps will be taken to neutralize popken.

I've said it before and I'll say it again; MySpace is what happens when the internet throws up.

I am wondering why you are having so much trouble deleting myspace. My roomate has had two profiles and he has deleted each one within 24 hrs. Maybe they are biased against you or they want to see what lengths you are willing to go to.
