Delta Tells Ze Frank Off
Videoblogger Ze Frank was promised $600 in remuneration from Delta after some abysmally bad customer service had him not flying and staying in a hotel room with a total stranger. He got a letter in the mail today and instead of a check, he got a big fat go f*** yourself letter. The best part is Ze Frank in an adult diaper. The second best part is that in the letter, Delta refers to an online policy that outlines their responsibilities in these matters (none), and the link is dead upon arrival.

.....Mmmm. I get "do you want to install Quicktime internet extras?" box that I can just close. I did the minimal install on QT 6 last time. I'm kind of thinking I don't need it at all. I'm tired of qttask getting turned back on...
His eyes are so creepy and glassy- they make me want to poke holes in my hair.
I know what you mean, AcidReign; I removed qttask from the startup, and disallowed it access via my firewall. But the easiest solution I found to stop this no control/auto-play thing is to add the movie link to my AdBlock filter.

Aaaaarghh... Is it just me, or is it impossible to stop this annoying Quicktime video when viewing this site in Firefox? It was bad enough having to listen to Ze Frank the first time the site loaded, but having to listen to him again in order to post this comment made my eyes bleed.
