This comes as a great surprise but it turns out some of the brochure-speak spouted by Tom Mangan, a VP at Convergys Customer Care Group, on CNBC yesterday, may not have necessarily been completely accurate. Charles writes:
- I just wanted to let you know that I watched the video and the guy from Convergys is a lying sack of shit. I worked for the company and have many friends that did so also over the years. They are no better than any of the other crappy outsourced call farms.
Convergys taglines are: Outhinking. Outdoing. [sic]. We have to wonder, is that a reference to their competition, or to consumers?
