I’ve never been a big fan of Blockbuster, but I’d want them to win this one.
No matter how good Netflix is now, do we really want them to have a monopoly on online rentals?
And is this the kind of thing anyone should be allowed to patent?
Imagine if Amazon had been allowed to patent “selling stuff on the internet.”
