Monday Morning Reminder: tips@consumerist.com
Just a Monday Morning reminder that Gawker has two starving bloggers to feed in The Consumerist and we simply can not feed both ourselves and Ben Popken's Eraserhead-like progeny without hearing from our readers.
If you've got a complaint about a company, a tip, a suggestion for a feature, want to point us to a news story you'd like to see here, or even just want to give us feedback on the site, we'd love to hear from you. Our email address is tips@consumerist.com.
One thing to stress is that we are, at heart, advocates of responsible consumerism. We're not particularly interested in hearing anecdotal, implausible ravings about, say, the ingredients of the special sauce at McDonald's. Instead, we want to hear intelligent complaints from reasonable consumers who have been wronged by the companies they trust. Keep in mind when you send in your complaints that our savvy commenters are quick to call "Bullshit!" if they think you and not the company you are complaining about is in the wrong, so be prepared for alternative perspectives. Still, getting a complaint posted here is a great way to bring a company's lousy customer service to other people's attention and influence consumer decisions outside of your immediate ken, so we hope you'll still write.
Thanks for reading, writing and commenting, guys. The site just wouldn't work without your participation.

i have a serious consumer issue.
ALL of the gawker blogs lack bylines. and that really bothers me. you can *sort of* tell that certain stories are written by certain people... and you grow to hate those certain people. but you can't really tell who it is and how you hate it until you read it.
since i read like 9 of them daily... or 5. something like that... it'd save me time being able to skip the ones i already know i am not going to like. or read it knowing that this opinion is tied to this previous opinion i did agree with. etc etc etc.
i can't be the only one.
