- Use sea shells for a unique laundry soap scoop.
- Rusty Shirts: Soak in equal parts lemon juice and water
- Sweat-Stained Shirts: Before washing, sprinkle meat tenderizer on the stains and rub in gently. Or, soak in a quart of water with a handful of salt for an hour.
- Mount a ladder as a shelving unit for books.
- Faces can double as a cheap and fun chair. Easy store n’ hide when not in use.

Rusty Shirts? That’s my new screen name.
Ummm, yeah. Mount a ladder to make a bookshelf. Or spend a couple of bucks on some boards and brackets and you get a bookshelf that doesn’t require you to rearrange your library every time you need to change a lightbulb.
Whoever came up with this idea, I want some of what they’re smoking.

Not enough people are sitting on my face!
…..Tip #5 in that post is great, but I’ve found it’s a better ride in conjunction with a Hitachi Magic Wand!
…..I’ve got a better one for sweat stains: Toss it in the washer with a half cup of tide. If it doesn’t come out, it’s either a yard-work item, or a rag.
…..I was always a big fan of the cinderblock and plywood school of shelving. No earthquakes where I live…
